🔹 Excessive noise is prohibited between 11 PM and 7 AM
🔹 All events must be approved by management before booking
🔹 Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance

Important – BBQ and Outdoor Fireplace Use

🔥 Barbecue

• The BBQ is available for use year-round. However, from November to April, we do not guarantee its functionality, cleanliness, or technical support. No maintenance is performed during this period.

🔥 Outdoor Fireplace

• During the winter (November to April), access to and functionality of the outdoor fireplace are not guaranteed due to weather conditions beyond our control.

• A shovel is available if you wish to clear the area and use the fireplace.
